1. Scope
These terms apply to a visit to Beelen Eye at Doklaan 40 in Rotterdam and to tickets you buy. By buying or using a ticket, you agree to these terms and to the house rules on site.
2. Tickets
You buy tickets in advance in our ticket shop at tickets.beeleneye.nl or at the PIER40 desk, which is also the Beelen Eye entrance. Current prices are shown in the ticket shop and on this website.
Tickets are not refunded after purchase and cannot be cancelled. You can change the date of your ticket, so you can come on another day.
Tickets are not intended for resale.
3. At Beelen Eye
The Beelen Eye is suitable for all ages. Children ride with a parent or carer.
In strong wind or other bad weather the Beelen Eye may close temporarily. The current status is on this website; if you have a ticket for that day, we will find a suitable solution.
4. Safety and house rules
Always follow the instructions of our staff. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or carer during the visit.
Bringing your own food and drink is not allowed.
If behaviour endangers the safety or enjoyment of others, we may refuse or end access, without a right to a refund.
5. Closures and changes
Opening hours and the programme may change, for example due to weather, maintenance or safety. Current information is always on this website. A temporary closure does not automatically give a right to a refund; we look for a suitable solution case by case.
6. Liability
A visit is at your own risk. We do everything we can to keep everything safe and well maintained. We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to belongings, or for damage caused by not following instructions, unless the law provides otherwise.
7. Privacy
Our privacy policy applies to the use of your personal data.
8. Applicable law and changes
Dutch law applies to these terms. We may update these terms; the latest version is on this page.
