Beelen Eye is responsible for processing personal data as described in this privacy policy. Beelen Eye is part of ZUIDYARD on the Doklaan in Rotterdam.

2. What data do we process?
We only process data you give us yourself or that is needed to run this website:
- your email address and the page you signed up on, if you subscribe to the newsletter;
- your name, email address and the content of your message, if you email us;
- for staff: the login details for managing this website;
- technical data needed to show the website, such as your IP address and browser type.
3. Tickets
You buy tickets in our ticket shop at tickets.beeleneye.nl. Your order and payment details are processed there to deliver your ticket. The terms and privacy policy shown in that ticket shop also apply.
4. What do we use your data for?
We use your data to send you the newsletter, answer your questions and keep the website working safely. We do not use it for other purposes without your consent.
We process data based on your consent (newsletter), because it is needed for an agreement (tickets and reservations), or because of our legitimate interest in a secure website.
5. Who do we share data with?
We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us provide these services, and only as far as needed:
- Netlify, our hosting provider, which serves the website and stores newsletter sign-ups;
- Google Fonts, which loads the typefaces of this website;
- the ticket shop, for your ticket order;
- Netlify Identity, for staff login.
6. How long do we keep data?
We keep data no longer than needed for the purpose we received it for, unless the law requires longer. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
7. Cookies
This website sets no cookies for statistics, advertising or social media and uses no trackers. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent.
To load the typefaces your browser connects to Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Sites we link to, such as a ticket shop or social media, may use their own cookies under their own policy.
Only staff who log in to the management area get the storage needed to stay logged in.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. The website always uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, object, and withdraw your consent. Email us at info@beeleneye.nl to do so.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
10. Changes
We may update this privacy policy when our website, services or the law change. The latest version is always on this page.
